One of his wings was injured, as they weren't moving at all, due to the knife piercing through it easily. He closed his swollen eyes, waiting for the pain to dismiss, and for him to actually land on something.

It was like it was an eternity later, when he felt himself land on something hard, with his hands out to make sure his face wasn't harmed. He coughed loudly, some blood spiralling into his fingers, as he got up and leaned against the tree next to him with his hands. His heart rate quickened when he heard an all too familiar, maniac voice that made even the Devil shudder

When he heard no response, his lips formed into a 'sweet' smile before he grabbed the angels blade that he knew the angel was searching from his pocket, twirled it around his fingers expertly, before saying one more time, "Where is it?" When the man next to him said nothing, the creature worse than the devil said in fake pity, "Oh well, I guess I'll have to kill you then." With that, he pressed his fingers around the handle of the angel blade, and then stabbed the angel with it, laughing inhumanely when he heard the screech of terror emanate from the angel, and him struggling for a few minutes, before stopping and his body becoming limp after …show more content…

BEEP" The alarm rang across the room, and unfortunately for him, he had no more things to fling at the alarm as he probably had flung them elsewhere. He sighed and stretched himself, squinting at the light of the room of which he was sleeping in, and waited for his vision to adjust to the light, before hopping out of bed.

His head ached, but he had grown to live with that, since this wasn't the first time he had had that dream, however, it was the first time when the dream didn't randomly stop from when the creepy lady said, "We knew you'd come soon, child." He shuddered, that lady creeped him out, even though she wasn't real. He was sure of it. I mean, a sacred box that randomly gives people's powers, some random legend and some 'choosing', what is this, an Avengers movie? Or a complete ripoff of a Harry Potter movie, just without Harry Potter, wizards and

Long Purple Teeth In the darkness, all I could see of the creature were its glowing tentacles, sparkling eyes, and long purple teeth. I stood unwillingly on the small patch of dead, faded grass, cornered by two walls. The walls, made of thick cement, began to feel like they were caving in on me. My eyes shifted to see what could have been a door behind the creature.…
