Beaker (250ml); measuring cylinder (1dm3), conical flask; spatula; funnel; filter papers; moral and pestle; dissecting set; cotton wool; needle and syringe; bursen burner, ethylenediamine tetra-acetic acid (EDTA) bottle.
2.1.2 Equipment
Automated haematological analyzer (SYSMEX KX-21, SYSMEX Corporation, Japan); oven; weighing balance; blender; refrigerator

Chloroform (BDH limited Poole England).

The table shows that the oral administration of the aqueous bark extract at all doses did not significantly (P>0.05) effect any of the haematological parameters of the rats when compared to the control values.
