There's So Many
The University Of Toledo has many different student organizations to choose from. The organizations vary in types such as Academics , Special Interest , and also Greek. Their were so many to choose that I couldn't narrow it down to one so I decided to gain knowledge on Toledo Black Student Union, Alpha Kappa Alpha , and also UT Cross and Track Club.
The first organization that stood out the most to was the UT Cross and Track Club. This organization gives the students , and also faculty members a chance to compete in races , and bring the entire UT community together. My second choice was Alpha Kappa Alpha Soriety (AKA) which encourages scholastic and ethical standards , encourages equality and friendship among college women which brings me to my third selection which is the Black Student Union . Black Student Union also promotes equality but for African American students at UT , they want to enhance the college experience for African Americans here at the University.

UT Cross and Track Club meets every Wednesday at 7pm in the Rec Center , Alpha Kappa Alpha doesn't have a specific day that they meet , and The Black student Union Meets every Wednesday for their General body meeting in the Student Union room 2592. The commitment with all three of these organizations are all the same , they will take a major toll on your time especially if all three are trying to be done at the same time not including the school work that you still have to complete. The pros of these are you will still have a Social Life with those in your organizations , but the cons are it takes tons of commitment. Too be great at anything you do , you need to put the time in order to do that , this is the same with any club that you

When I was first introduced to Lambda Theta Phi Latino Fraternity Inc., certain aspects of the organization caught my attention. First and foremost, the organization promotes unity within the Latino community. Being united as Latinos is essential because together we acquire great accomplishments for the betterment of the community as well as ourselves. Moreover, being united provides the opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities as Latinos and break the barriers society has imposed upon us. For me, being able to interact with Latinos at UNCG, through this organization, and having the opportunity to meet individuals who demonstrate valuable character is of great importance.…
