AED student members volunteering at the clinic are able to experience a wide breadth of roles, all of which are essential to the clinic Operation. Due to the expansion in Volunteering by AED, students have been able to work in partnerships between Good Samaritan Clinic and other community organizations such as Headstart, expanding awareness of the clinic’s presence in neighboring counties and towns to prospective volunteers and patients. In essence, volunteering at the clinic has culminated into a unique hands-on approach that has allowed Stetson student members of AED to truly become involved in the community in which they spend their college careers, making and impact that affects their own future, as well as that of their
