Alonzo Character Analysis

The characters Evans Heather of final analysis and Alonzo of training have similar behaviors. Both of the characters have a behavior that is worse no one could ever have to learn from. Alonzo has corrupted himself to the level whereby his life is a target of foolish debt that will be repaid by his own life. Further, as a sergeant who should mentor others on how to do the work as expected, he starts ruining the values of Jake Hoyt. “I don’t want you in my unit. I don’t want you in my division. Go back to the valley and smoke”. Jake accepts it and he smokes. He exposes Jake to the drug dealers that reveal his tactics of fighting the crime. Both use force to get what they want, and they even take life. Alonzo states that “I’m the police. I run shit around here. Am going to burn this motherfucker down. I’m winning any motherfucker anyway. I can’t lose. Yeah, you can shoot me, but you can’t kill me.” Alonzo is terrorizing drug lords. On the other side, Evans is a drug addict who becomes very violent when she consumes a very small amount of alcohol. She attacks Jimmy and kills him and blames on her medical condition as a factor that led to doing that. She carries the murder weapon in her purse so that she can protect it and hid it in the lockbox. This is an intention she has so that she can be fixed Richard since he had touched it and his fingerprints will be used as evidence. Alonzo is said to be a dirty narcotic cop. He is dealing with the drug lords and even forcing one of his mentors to smoke. This is unexpected to the person under him especially now that they are going to deal with drug trafficking cases. Despite that he is from the streets, he should lead as an example to other street boys to do away with it which he fails. On the other side, Heather is also alcoholic. She becomes very crazy even a moment that she takes a very small amount of alcohol. This is what the doctors use to say that she has a pathological intoxication. Meaning when she is taken a sip, she gets upset and can do anything without even recognizing
