Aloha Construction Shares The Importance of Ethics in the Workplace

Aloha Construction has been in business for ten years, so it’s clear that CEO Dave Farbaky and his team are experts in the roofing and siding industry. However, they’re also so much more than that. In December 2017, Aloha Construction Co. was also awarded the Better Business Bureau's Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.

Dave Farbaky has always run Aloha Construction, and their partner company Aloha Restoration Co. with fair policies and ethical business practices as his number one priority, and was humbled to receive the award. When your business regularly gives back to the community like Aloha Construction does, and has high ratings on review sites, it will attract employees with the same values. Your business can build hardworking and honest teams with high-quality employees. Everyone knows running a company with a positive workplace culture and happy employees lead to a more productive team and better business all around.

Dave Farbaky also highly values company morale, and keeps it up by offering awesome workplace incentives to his team. One of the most outstanding practices at Aloha Construction is their annual week-long trip to a Maui resort for the highest performing employees and their
