almsgiving- Almsgiving is the act of giving time, money, or goods to people who are poor or in need. (application: pg 148 “In the Gospel of Mark and Matthew, we read about Jesus’ teachings about almsgiving, or giving money or goods to people who are in need.”, vocabulary: pg 149, Example/Symbolism, the penny from Co Judy [I gave penny away during Mass]) -Each of us is called to respond to Christ’s call to love and serve to serve others by using God’s gift that He has given us. (talent/skill) [Practicing Virtues, pg 149]

Gift- talent, ability, time, possession (money…), blessing (praying)
