Most of us that love hair know about the salon “Drybar”, you know the one that serves champagne and makes you feel so pampered? But, not all of us know the genius behind this master franchise – Alli Webb. Today Webb now owns 69 Drybars and is one of many on the 40 under 40 list. Though, she did not always want to do hair. Once Webb graduated from high school she was not really sure what she wanted to do, so she pursued fashion. Both of her parents owned clothing businesses and she always loved clothes, fashion, shopping, and much more; so why not go to fashion school? Webb moved to New York and worked for Nicole Miller – and American fashion designer and business women. After working with Miller, Alli decided to go to beauty school – training at TONI & GUY, and then working under John Sahag in New York City.

Alli first told her brother about the idea of opening a Drybar, since he was a businessman and because she loves to work with family.
