2) We presented why C-Pak unable to measure the pocket size/top opening according to Allegro measurement method especially for A0, A1 and B0 dimension as below:-
3) In fact, we’ve tried few approach using Micro Vu to measure a plane 0.3mm above the bottom of the pocket however the optical measurement unable to determine the pocket wall point clearly once it’s been lift up 0.3mm.
4) Therefore C-Pak has requested Allegro their existing supplier (Advantek) measurement method for review but it was neglected by Allegro engineering due …show more content…
Nick (Calibration head) requesting C-Pak to add Surface Resistance in our Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for cover tape asides Surface Resistivity. C-Pak TDS basically referring to surface resistivity (ohms/sq.) where the measurement more to a planer surface referring to ANSI/ESD STM 11.11. However, once the cover tape slitted we’re using a 2 probe measurement which referred to ANSI/ESD STM 11.13. Magda to follow up on Allegro requisition to revise add surface resistance in our TDS.
13) Allegro cover tape drawing written for both Surface Resistivity: >= 10X5 (-- removed HTML --) = 10X4 < 10X11 ohms with a requirement of low/triboelectric charging: < 100 volts – newly added guidelines and the SR is require to measure for both top & bottom surface. In fact, we did mentioned that the adhesive area may not be advisable due to the adhesiveness of the coating however this is their requirement.
14) They’ve another special requirement for cover tape SR buyoff. Allegro classified as “Stock Item” (Using a normal control room to buyoff) and “Non-Stock Item” (The inspection is require at low RH for FA samples. In fact, the tied requirement is to consider Allegro cover tape supply to countries with low
