All Quiet On The Western Front: Character Analysis

The characters in all quiet on the western front were significantly changed by going out to the war and sting and feeling everything they felt. The characters changed and became totally different people, so different that it could be difficult it would be hard for anyone to recognize them on a personal level. I personally have had an experience that has changed me drastically. This was something that literally changed my life and my outlook on life. For a precursor, I will just explain before my life was changed. It was me the beginning of senior year, but not me today. I had little to no self-esteem. I had no pride in anything I did, I felt I had no reason to have pride. I had no sense of accomplishment because, well, I really never accomplished much. To put in perspective, this past version of me was an eagle scout, that is quite the accomplishment, but I did not see it as one. I was very fatigued from working out since I had never worked out before. My asthma would easily kick in and I was very discouraged. My with its partner was one of my friends, and he did not want me to quit at all. So each week he pushed me and pushed me to do more and to do better while I did not want to do anything anymore. After working out for a few weeks, I started feeling a little different. I started being more energetic on normal days instead of my lethargic lazy and sadly, normal self. It turns out that working out has more positives than just gaining muscle and strength. About halfway through the first semester of weights, I began becoming more courageous. I am a naturally shy person, to be honest, I do not like talking to people at all.
