I was very fatigued from working out since I had never worked out before. My asthma would easily kick in and I was very discouraged. My with its partner was one of my friends, and he did not want me to quit at all. So each week he pushed me and pushed me to do more and to do better while I did not want to do anything anymore. After working out for a few weeks, I started feeling a little different. I started being more energetic on normal days instead of my lethargic lazy and sadly, normal self. It turns out that working out has more positives than just gaining muscle and strength. About halfway through the first semester of weights, I began becoming more courageous. I am a naturally shy person, to be honest, I do not like talking to people at all. The courage or whatever it was that I gained from working out gave me the strength to be able to talk to more people and to become a little more
