Aaron snaps at his father when he tells the two boys to head on over to the new place (his anger was very hard for him to control), and we can see that across many different species like a monkey for example, who does not want to share his or her banana with fellow monkey we can see that monkey elicit anger toward the fellow monkey trying to take the banana away. Aaron may feel like he is being put into another vulnerable situation, when his father tells him to head on over to the new apartment he is uncertain if his father is going to abandon the family again (Curwen, Module 2: Evolution of Emotion, 2015). We also see that when Aaron is happy his eyes are like the sun coming over the horizon and his cheeks raise to his eyes, as his mouth smiles from ear to ear (Curwen, Module 2: Evolution of Emotion, 2015); however when Aaron is angry with his father, we are quick to notice that his brows are down, he is glaring at his father and his lips then were narrowed (Curwen, Module 8: Negative Emotions: Sad, Fear, Anger, Disgust, 2015).
