Subjective, or objective, perhaps both, using a Star Wars bed sheet for the subject along with two different sources to gain our information will form a comparison, a clear distinction between the styles of analysis. “All My Life”, written by John Freyer, along with the E-bay web site will be where the information will be collected, same item, yet exceedingly different ways of letting their audience identify what’s for sale. John Freyer’s, work appears to be overwhelmingly subjective, emphasizing the history of it than the actual features of it. E-bay, unquestionably objective, with experienced sellers who are perspicuous with details in the description of the items, awards the buyer a distinct account of the seller’s merchandise. More often than not, it will also include an array of pictures to show all aspects of the subject. In this process, they will also be able to establish where it comes from including the length of delivery plus how costly shipping the item would be. The audience for an objective writing will be an individual looking for something specific, one who recognizes exactly what they’re looking for. For instance, a vintage Star Wars sheet with the smallest amount of noticeable difference between the middle and the edges, which means timeworn, along with slightly used. The blurb also refers to coming from a smoke free and pet free home. The objective writing will communicate to the reader everything needed to make an informed decision with little room for buyer’s remorse. The objective style would be my preference in buying from a seller since being informed of all of the details acceptable and the detestable facilitate an informed decision. Don’t forget that having pictures and several of them from different angles meet the utmost fundamental need in order to make the feature item stand out and convey the written word to the buyer. Finally, subjective allows the imagination of the reader to go along for the ride with the writer while objective tells it just like it
