All Master Behavior Detection Officer and Expert Behavior Detection Officer (See attachment) commitment to the Behavior Detection Analysis (BDA) TEAM at BDL resulted in a 96.7% score during the annual Program Compliance Assessment (PCA) visit. This outstanding score was recognized by William Csontos FSD BDL, Barbara Powell, Director, Field Operations and Melanie Harvey, Director Threat Assessment, Security Operations. MBDOs and EBDOs were also instrumental in correcting last years Corrective Action Plans (CAP) by his/her continued commitment to the program, identifying and addressing both personal and peer areas of improvement and improving upon them throughout the year. All MBDOs and EBDOs were commended by the PCA team for his/her teamwork
