All-Inclusive Resorts are the best business model in the business world. This business is related with the people, earth, and economy, so it must be performed by considering these three vital options. But some time All-inclusive Resorts don’t balance these three-vital options but think only about the economy. This is the truth behind this successful business model. As a result, All-inclusive Resorts are harming three different areas very disruptively: first, the environment encounters polution problem; second, resorts try to spend little money on green business to increase profits, and most importantly, the community does not get as much support from the business as they claim.

Green business needs a lot of money to continue and needs money to maintain this service. Because of implementing new ideas and maintaining the process sometimes management team thinks their profit is getting hampered. For example, installing new technology that controls misuse of electricity per room is a great idea of saving energy, but it needs a lot of money to install it. As a result, management team sometimes go for the manual system of controlling power which is actually a bad idea. All-Inclusive Resorts produce a lot of cooked food for the guests. Around 70% of food is consumed and rest of the food basically goes to the garbage. Management team don’t like to donate the food because they don’t want to take the risk of food poisoning. But throwing the food away and showing the cause of food poisoning is not a sustainable way of business. The truth is donating food will cost money for the management team. Another point is All-Inclusive Resorts can demand to their supplier to minimize the use of plastic. But they don’t want to do that because then their supplier will increase the price of food which will affect in the
