I do not believe that all criminal acts are symptomatic of psychopathology. There are various reasons as to why people commit crimes. Yes, I do believe "normal" people commit crimes too. I think often times when it comes to larger, more serious, crimes there is a higher chance of psychopathology being a cause. However, crimes are also committed by "normal" people for reasons such as hanging around the wrong crowd, being in the "wrong place at the wrong time", depression, need for attention, or even just to help supply their needs. For example, stealing food, hygiene supplies, cars, etc.
