I have followed this quote without really knowing it. The first way I have followed this quote is through baseball. The second way I have followed this quote is through my school work. The third way I will follow this quote is to do everything I can to go to college. An event the reader can learn from my experience is my baseball achievements. I only started playing baseball in 2013. I was used to playing football my whole life. I did not know anything about baseball, but I worked hard to learn and I tried everything my coaches taught me. Some things I was good at and others I needed to work on. I even tried out for the Trojan baseball team, but did not make it. I refuse to quit and have worked to become better and I hope to make the school baseball team in 2016. If I give up now, I will never make the baseball team. If I try again at least I have a chance. I think it is important for young adults to remember this quote as they get older because of three reasons. First, the quote speaks for itself. If you don’t try you will never accomplish a goal. Second, young adults can become good role models for younger kids. And third, using this quote in a job can take you further for yourself and your
