We are leveraging our current SuccessFactors Analytics system (WFA) to build an online method for Kelli’s office and HRBPs to understand their key stats/scorecards better by being able to quickly pull many different cuts, being able to analyze the metrics and being able to see the numerators/denominators/employees.
