Hi Jo, It is for access to analytics data for Alina Manolete. We are rolling out a new self-service tool so the HRBP’s will have access to metrics. A summary of the project goals and objectives are below. Since, you do not have access to the share point site can you please email your approval to “HR Reporting”.

Project overview:
We are leveraging our current SuccessFactors Analytics system (WFA) to build an online method for Kelli’s office and HRBPs to understand their key stats/scorecards better by being able to quickly pull many different cuts, being able to analyze the metrics and being able to see the numerators/denominators/employees.
