Beane (as cited by Brinegar & Bishop, 2011) describes curriculum integration is to promote integration through personal and social avenues through the curriculum organization circumvented around significant problems and issues regardless of direct subjects boundaries that collaborative activities can be utilized. Furthermore, Schlechty (as cited by Brinegar & Bishop, 2011) described collaborative engagement resulted from work of standards and individual meaning. Furthermore, the curriculum map includes various strategical instructional implementations to assist all varying learning modalities of the various learning styles that are found in classrooms. The technology strategies include virtual manipulative, games, learning videos, and other online learning tools. The impact of technology (2015) researchers explain that technology allows for many positive achievements to manifest, that which include, (a) writing ability accessibility, (b) self-directed web browsing, (c) professional quality endeavor, (d) collaboration becomes a resource, and (e) self-esteem increases. Notable, the impact of technology (2015) infers that with the utilization of videos and audios technology, students’ ability to recall basic facts and individual’s competency is improved. In this particular curriculum map, I have included my personal online website where there are various resources that others can utilize in their own classroom. Additionally, instructional activities include various modifications to include ones for the classified, gifted, 529 students, challenged, and non-classified students. The Art integration section describes how math and art intertwine to enhance student learning. The enclosed lesson plans are sparse and do need modifications and elaborations compared to the many lesson plans that have I have been making through Grand Canyon University standards. Based on the many Grand Canyon classes that I have taken and the experiences that I have in writing backwards by design lessons, through the coming year, I will be transferring present lesson plans into a more elaborate through the executive lesson
