Two weeks passed and it happened again. He knew he wasn’t going to last much longer. The attacks had become more and more frequent. He had to get out! Alfred had tried many times, but they were guarding the door under the doormat. They could only appear under rugs and carpets, so he figured the hated the light. For that reason he decided to call them moles.They had been unsuccessfully trying to kill him off for a month now and Alfred was running out of food. He tried calling the police but the phone lines were disconnected. A few days passed with no attacks on Alfred. Since there had been no attacks recently, he thought it would be okay to take a nap. Alfred ran over to the cat and picked him up. ”We need to find a way out of here” he started.“Already tried” said Batman sadly. Almost immediately after he said that, a strange creature came, let them out and said “Follow me”,but a soon as he let them out Alfred made a run for it. The creature appeared in front of him and held a gun to Alfred’s face. He slowly turned around and walked back to the group. It seemed like they had been walking for hours until they had reached a dark chamber. It did not seem very big until they turned on the lights. The chamber was the size of a baseball field, and they were in the center of it. Before them sat a large flat stone with twelve sets of shackles connected to the stone. There were two small sets and one large set. They were ordered to lay on the stone while guards cuffed them down. ”I will make you a deal, I will give you my time travel watch in you let us go!” The creatures, having never seen a watch before greedily agreed.”We will let you go on one condition, you leave that house and never return”. Alfred never thought that would work so he was grateful, and as soon as they released the shackles he bolted for the exit. A few minutes later he heard an angry roar,” Get them!” Alfred only ran faster. Shots rang out as bullet whizzed past his face. Robin yelped as a knife gave him a cut on his left ear. They were almost there, they could see the portal. All of a sudden Alfred felts a sharp pain in his leg. Alfred was actually expecting to get out of this alive, but right now the creatures were dragging him back to their master. Wait those were furry paws grabbing him. Batman and Robin were dragging he to the portal, but the creatures were gaining quickly. They threw anything they could find: knives, guns, shoes and even each other. The strongest looking creature flung a knife right at Alfred’s face he stuck his hand out in attempt to stop it. He luckily caught it by the handle, but held onto it. They were about to pass through the portal when Alfred took the knife and stabbed it into the controls.
