Alex's Sacrifice: A Fictional Narrative

On a peaceful day, a 13-year-old boy named Alex was playing on his new PS4. He had to use the restroom since he was grinding too hard, but then a something very unexpected happened. While he was washing his hands, he heard a loud “thud” downstairs. He went to go check what it was. He walked slowly and silently to the front door. Peaking through the small window next to the door, he saw man with an eye mask desperately trying to open the door with two wire strings. “Come on you stupid door, open up.” Alex thought to himself “ First I must contact my parents.” He went back upstairs to call his parents. He called them several times but they didn’t answer. “I wonder where they are.” he thought. He was pretty calm. Then he called 911.
“Hello this is 911, what is your emergency.”
“There is a robber in front of my door.”
“Is anyone else home besides you?”

While Alex was on the phone the robber had an enough time to open the door. “Finally” said the robber, and started walking to the kitchen. Alex paused and saved the game, he took the wire out of the consent and hid the PS4 inside his closet, he placed it deep inside the closest and placed clothes over it..
