I was born at the Winchester Medical Center on November 14th, 1998. It was a clear Saturday morning and the temperature was only around 60 degrees that day. My mom, Julie, was driven to the hospital by my grandma about two hours prior to my birth in my mom’s 1985 Honda CRX. I was delivered by Dr. Eads at 10:57 am, weighing in at 7 pounds & 5 ounces, and was officially named Alexis Nicole Shockey.
