The local photographer I chose to write about is Alexis Figueroa. He is a local photographer here born and raised in Caldwell, Idaho. He is a self-taught photographer. He started photographing in 2012 with a his first camera (a Canon Rebel XS) and used it to get a feel for this hobby he decided to pick up while going to local car shows and looking at car forums and pictures other photographers would post online. It didn't take long for him to pick up how to use programs like photoshop and Lightroom. That's when he began to research different cameras and programs on how to use certain features his camera has.
