I sympathize with Alexis and Megan the most because Alexis was raped and Megan had her reputation ruined by the video and doesn’t even remember it.
All of them put themselves at risk by drinking. Marcus brought his trouble upon himself because he knew what he was doing and he chose to do it anyway. Dylan also brought it upon himself because even if he didn’t know that it was illegal, he knew that it wrong.
I do not think any of the characters were dealt with too harshly. Dylan should have received a harsher punishment for videotaping Megan and sharing it with his
