Alexander's father (King Philip 2) died from murder and then his son alexander took over.I want to share this information with you because I want to tell you about Alexander the Great. Alexander The Great is a hero because he tried to do everything like Achilles,he was so fascinated with the Iliad that he carried it around with him wherever he went,wished to consult the oracle of the god.

First reason Alexander is a hero is that , he tried to do everything like Achilles.
”Alexander, all his life, tried to do everything like Achilles, in everything that he did”
It means that Alexander wants to be just like Achilles.It makes him a hero because he looks up to Achilles and Achilles is a hero
