Alexander Graham bell was born on March 3, 1847. Alexander’s parents were Alexander Melville bell and Eliza grace Symonds bell. He had two brothers Melville James bell and Edward charles bell. He also lived with his grandfather Alexander bell. the middle name “Graham” was added into the family when Alexander was ten. Alexander had education with his mom well know as homeschool. Later on he received formal education at a private school.Then he went for two years at Edinburgh Royal High School. With his contributions to science we would not be able to talk to each other over long distance. Alexander has made some major contributions to society. While the telephone was not the only great invention that he had, some of his later inventions were more important than the telephone. One of the next major inventions that he had was the metal detector.Which uses electromagnetic induction to detect metal. shot President James Garfield.
