Alexander Graham Bell was an inventive man who changed the future with everything that he invented. He was a man who started out with teaching the deaf how to communicate. He didn’t just randomly start inventing things. Alexander Graham Bell revolutionized the world with his telephone, schools for the deaf, his other inventions, his integrity as a man and with his family, even though he did not always receive the credit he was due.

Bell gained all of the patents that he needed when he needed to and got the telephone anyone else was able to do. Bell gained his patent on March 7, 1876 after submitting for one on February 14, 1876 two hours before a competitor. (¨Alexander Graham Bell-A Life of Invention¨, 22) Alexander Graham Bell had 550 lawsuits pinned against him in a period of 18 years after creating the Bell Telephone Co. in 1877. (¨Allott, Daniel¨, A3) His opponents called him a fake and a copy cat, but in every case against him, Bell´s honesty shown through. He was a man of integrity and honesty which helped him to be a great man and inventor. His opponents were always left with their petty arguments and accusations since the evidence shows that Alexander Graham Bell was the true inventor of the telephone.
Alexander Graham Bell is indeed best known for the invention of the telephone, but he has shown that he is so much more. Bell also didn't do it all on his own. He was smart enough to hire help to compensate for his lack of electrical knowledge. Bell also was a great man in his wonderful advancements in the deaf community. Bell was a fantastic man with many talents and he used them with great integrity.
