Alex Morgan was born on July 2, 1989 in San Dimas California. Her mom's name is Pamela Morgan, and her dad's name is Michael Morgan. She had 2 older sisters named Jeri and Jeni Morgan.

Alex Morgan was not born knowing that she would become a great soccer player. She was involved many sports basketball, volleyball, track, and soccer until she turned 14 years old. When she turned 14, she joined her first club team and did pretty good. She was one of the better kids on her team.

When she turned 17, she decided to focus only on soccer. Then she was called to train with the United States under-20 women's soccer team. She was #13 and played forward. She helped the team to the championship of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup and scored the
