Alcohol makes a big impact on teenagers and adults. The advertisements on the television about alcohol has an effect on people dealing with their behavior. Teenagers are the ones who are most targeted because they are the ones who enjoy drinking at this age and they also don’t take precautions when dealing with this type of so called fun. These commercials are the reasons that teenagers make bad choices and are dangerous because they make it look like the people in the commercials are having fun, they target the wrong group, and there are health risks. There are many reasons as to why advertising and commercials about alcohol can affect the young. Because these commercials portray a false reality where life is nothing more than a party when drinking, the reality is that these young adults that are being targeted by alcohol commercials are making careless decisions, setting bad examples to younger generations, and destroying their long term health. By watching these alcoholic beverage commercials and seeing all the advertisements, make teenagers more eager to try the different qualities of products. The effects of drinking too much alcohol is very dangerous and could sometimes be deadly. Teenagers can get alcohol poisoning from consuming too much at a time. This could be serious due to the fact that the teenager could possibly suffer from life changing defects.
