Albion State Normal School The Albion State Normal School is a supposedly haunted campus in Albion, Idaho. Also know as the Haunted Mansions of Albion, the Albion State Normal School is a haunted attraction only 24 minutes from the town of Burley, Idaho. The campus was established in 1893, but soon shut down due to insufficient funding in 1951 (Welch 1). After being reopened as different things, the campus was officially closed in 1969. Since then a young couple, named Troy and Heather Mortensen, purchased the property in 2007. They have said to have been through many horrific experiences that are otherworldly.
