This brief biography of Albert Einstein will be focus on his education history as well as his scientific career. His research and achievement in the study of Universe will be the major focus in this article. Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, which is a city in south Germany in 1879. His very first schooling begins in the Luitpold Gymnasium. Later, he moved to Italy with his family, and Albert continues his education at Aarau, Swizerland. In 1896, he started to take educational trainings to become a physics and mathematics teacher in Swiss Federal Polytechnic School in Zurich (Nobel Lecture, 1921). After he graduated in 1901, Albert started to work in Swiss Patent Office as a technical assistant. After four years, Albert obtained his doctor degree in 1905. During the time Albert worked in the Swiss Patent Office, he produced great part of his remarkable work. The year that he obtained his doctor degree was considered as a miracle year for Albert Einstein. He had four important papers published in the Annalen der Physik, which is one of the best know physics journals of that age. Although, Albert had published other papers in this journal before, but none of those had such a great impact on the physical study (Renn, 2005). “The four papers focused on the …show more content…
Albert created this theory that explains gravitation during 1907 to 1915. The general relativity theory was developed and become the essential tool that helps exploring the Universe in the modern astrophysics. According to the general relativity theory, “the observed gravitational attraction between masses results from the warping of space and time by those masses. General relativity has developed into an essential tool in modern astrophysics. It provides the foundation for the current understanding of black holes, regions of space where gravitational attraction is so strong that not even light can escape.” (Pais,
