Ayn rand was a Russian- American novelist, philosopher and screenwriter, born in St. Petersburg, Russia, on the February 2, 1905. In 1925, She went to Hollywood,USA to pursue her career as a screenwriter. After struggling for several years, she began writing books. Her books THE FOUNTAINHEAD and ATLAS SHRUGGED became the best-selling novels.
