On this date worker spoke with Ms. Stephanie Spain, caseworker at WBMC, for the purpose of gathering information on Ms. Lawson's current situation. Ms. Spain stated Ms. Lawson would remain in the hospital until Monday 7/27/15 at which time she would transfer to Cordova NH for therapy. According to Ms. Spain, she had talked with Ms. Lawson and her daughter, Lisa Lawson and they both agreed to the therapy. Upon discharge from NH Ms. Lawson will be readmitted to Alacare Hospice Service.
