Under the aegis of Rajasthan Co-Operative Dairy Federation. Established under Operation Flood Programme based on Amul model. The liquid milk handling capacity 12 lakhs liter per day. The liquid milk storage capacity 30 lakhs liter per day. The pasteurized milk storage capacity1.05 lakhs liter per day. The Ghee making capacity 5 ton per day. AZDUSS LTD. has 2 chilling centers at Beawer and Vijaynagar.

Procurement, the capacity of the plant was increased to 1.5 Lakh Lt. per day in 2002-03 with internal human and financial resources. The production facilities are available and maintained in most hygienic manner as per laid down procedures of quality management system.
To ensuring quality Bhilwara Dairy had installed:- 161 BMC (Bulk Milk Coolers) chilling facilities are in Bhilwara. Bhilwara Dairy has one of the best milk packing stations Bhilwara Dairy has long relation with Mother Dairy. Presently Bhilwara Dairy is supplying pack tond milk for Jaipur Dairy.
The plant is managed and operated by well-qualified, competent and experienced managerial cadre and highly motivate work force to provide highest quality of products and best of the services to our esteemed customers

The main aim of the organization is to pay remunerative price to its milk producers and technical input services such as animal health care, supply of balance cattle feed, supplements and breed improvement programs through Artificial Insemination and Natural Services and to provide quality products to consumer at competitive price.
The milk union caters these services in Udaipur and Rajsamand districts of South Rajasthan. The Processing capacity of 60000 LPD is likely to be escalated to 1.5 lakh LPD within a short span of time.
The milk collection and testing systems at village DCS have been automated with the installation of electronic milk testers (EMT) and auto milk collection stations (AMCS). At present 3 Auto Milk Analyzer, 20 DPMCU, 554 EMT, 120 AMCU & 78 AMCS are operational at DCS level.
Milk reception, weigthment and testing at dairy plants and chilling centers have been modernized with the installation of Automated raw milk reception Dock
