Mentoring is the most valued factor in an educational setting. The performance of the group depends on the competency of the mentor. Confidentially, professional skill and communication are the three most important characteristics of an instructor pose to have an active mentorship (Dunn, 2012). Professional competency of the mentor is one of the principal mentor characters leads the mentee towards professional skill development.
