Air pollution affects almost all of the areas in the world. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), more than 1.3 million people die from outdoor air pollution annually (Walsh). Additionally, pollution affects global warming, which has been increasing, but it is being neglected. Everyone should be very aware of pollution in order to preserve the green environment. The fact is that cities around the world have increased the use of cars, industries, and factories which produce harmful chemicals and release unsafe gasses into the air, land, and water (Walsh). Air pollution is one of the biggest problems we are facing today and is the most common and the most dangerous type of pollution in the world.
Air pollution is an important topic to be discussed because air is an essential component for all living creatures. Since air is a crucial requirement for all life, it has to be clean enough so that we all can enjoy healthy living. Industrialization and the creation of manufacturing plants are the major factors causing air pollution. We must reduce our impact on the environment to curb air pollution.
