In many ways both of these units have their similarities but they also have their differences. Depending on your thought and opinion one may seem better due to your own preferences. do not get me wrong both of these units have their own benefits. Whatever you may want to do in the military you may choose a different branch depending on your future choices. For example Air Force ROTC is more focusing on the intellectual point of view.

The values taught to these cadets are put in an acronym; L.D.R.S.H.I.P. leadership is the first thing that is taught starting cadets in army ROTC. Leadership is very important because the cadets are put into situations where decisions have to be made, which also builds character. If cadets don't meet the requirements at the start they are put into training to better themselves and their skills to do what they need to do. When their skills are tested at the start it is to see where they are and what needs to be done to make them feel better about
