Decision support system (DSS) is a system that over the years has aid with decision-making by providing information to caregivers and managerial personnel to make the most educated decisions. The system should not be considered as a replacement and more of an aid in moments of uncertainty. Holy Cross Health System (HCHS) has been using DSS as their source of aid for their multi hospital organization. HCHS has been looking forward to the market changes, trainings, and education to maximize the efficiency of DSS.
