In the entire world, food stands as a significant reason behind the considerable number of diseases. Bangladesh is not all an exception in this case being the third world developing country in South Asia. For the last couple of decades the most serious threat to public health in Bangladesh is the consumption of unsafe food. In an ethical manner doing business in today’s world is very rare. The food and beverages industry entirely corporations are involved in handling uncooked food stuff ingredients, wrapping, and distributing them. This contains garden-fresh, ready foods as well as packaged foods, and intoxicating and nonalcoholic beverages.

Juice:
Juice is the word which is mostly used by the children. Juice is the drink which is supposed to be made from real fruits or vegetables. But in the juice manufacturing companies of Bangladesh a lot of adulterate are done. There are number of TV reports which are made but still nothing has changed. Adulterations in juice industries are given below:
In most of the juices a normal adulteration is made by mixing a large amount of water and very little amount of fruit pulps. This is supposed to be the other way around.
In every juice they use very poor quality and cheap solid products. This product is mainly sugar. In every fruit drinks they use sugar to make the juice sweeter so that the children will love to drink those. By using these solid products they make the juice thick and can easily hide the fruit pulp and the water ratio.
In some high end juice which supposed to have real fruit pulps also there the manufactures mix cheap products to cut the production cost and make the profit higher.
Some of the fruit juice manufacturers are not even using any fruit pulps. For example, in mango juice some of the company uses pumpkin adding mango flavor and sugar so that the juice tastes like mango …show more content…
These ingredients are so harmful that it can put someone into death.
Some of the energy drinks manufacturer use alcohol to capture the market easily but they don’t agree that they use alcohol.
To hide all the adulterations the manufacture uses their backup and very supportive marketing and advertising team. They use false advertising to attract consumers.
Mineral Water:
Mineral water means pure and safe drinking water and can be taken without thinking twice. But in our country some manufacturers make mineral water but these mineral water are just not safe to drink. There are number of TV reports are made but still nothing has changed. Adulterations in these industries are given bellow
Most of the mineral water producer uses the tap water which is just not safe to use.
Some manufactures uses the used bottles without cleaning them properly. This act causes injurious diseases.
Some of the manufacture’s drinking water contains a large amount of arsenic. And arsenic is a very harmful poison.
