As we get older we mature through what we experience. Maturing can teach you how to handle situations and how to be less childish. In order to take control of a circumstance that requires serenity, you need to know how to be to be mature. For example, my friend works at a pet shelter and the manager left her in charge in case anything went wrong. As she was checking everything was in place, she noticed a guinea pig was missing from its’ cage. Instead of causing a chaos, she decided to get the bag of food the guinea pigs eat and as soon as she shaked the food bag, the guinea pig came back. As a result of recovering the guinea pig in its cage, the manager promoted her by raising her paycheck of the month for her matureness of taking care
