For example, the retirement age varies between countries, ranging from 55 to 70 years. First of all, this difference is explained by differences in life expectancy and disability of the elderly. In addition, as mentioned above, there are significant differences between industrial and traditional agricultural society. Whereas in the first value of elderly people slightly, in the last old age it is a sign of wisdom, and old people have a great impact on society. After all this explanations these theories and factors we can tell that more important "successful aging," which determines how best to proceed should be aging, using modern achievements in medicine and gerontology. The concept of "successful aging" as a combination of the following factors that must accompany aging:
1. Low probability of disease or disability.2. High capability of learning and physical activity.
