Before the second World War started, aggressive nations took advantage of the democracies’ retreat to advance their interests. Germany expanded its influence in central Europe. The Representatives of the democracies tried unsuccessfully to reason with the militarists. World War two started in July 1937 in Asia and it reached Europe in 1939. Germany was Fascist and was intensely dedicated, obsessed with national greatness, which in their case also involved racism. In 1934, President Hindenburg dies in office which then allows his chancellor Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party to complete power of the German country. It became a totalitarian state. Now the Nazis had numerous enemies. Their enemies included Jews, homosexuals, Gypsies, Slavs, the mentally challenged and the handicapped.

The Nazi party even created their own citizenship laws and conducted race science. Some of these laws included Jews cannot hire non jewish women under the age of 45 years old to work in their households , that a Jewish person cannot have extramarital activities with a person who is not Jewish, a non Jewish person cannot marry a Jewish person, and Jews are forbidden to fly or display the Reich flag or colors. Their race science concluded that reproduction between two races, corrupts the gene pool. Superior races were distinguished by their physical and mental health. It is these beliefs and laws they created to separate them from any one who is not German is the reason why the Allied powers wanted to go to war against
