I observed another assertive communication some days ago with a friend, when I asked him "Please would you turn down the volume down? I am really struggling to concentrate on my assignment " and his reply was "Yes absolutely". I saw this an assertive communication on both sides. As an employee, my communicative style depends on how comfortable I am with my colleagues and also the situation I see myself in. A great example of this, was at a job interview I had at Canadian Choice Home Service, for the position of a field representative sales associate.
