Q1 The main inquiry in Baker v. Carr was in the case of redistricting was a legitimate issue the courts could deliver proactively to revise manhandle or a political issue. The state contended that it was a political issue, so the courts had no purview. The case demonstrated a standout amongst the most debilitating in the Supreme Court's history, with the choice held over for re-contention on the grounds that the court couldn't achieve a lion's share choice. Equity Charles Evans Whittaker was so resentful about the case, he at long last recused himself from the choice, and the worry over the choice may have added to his initial retirement from the Court.…

I can see why Mr. Pugh would file for age discrimination because he did have more than enough qualifications to get the job, and some might believe that sets them above other candidates. He did fall under the age group for age discrimination which is another reason why he might of felt discriminated upon.…

The final decision-maker regarding the concert can be subjective depending on your position. Legally, it was determined by the courts from multiple lawsuits that the popular country group, Sugarland, had the final decision if they would cancel or delay the concert (Thompson, 2017). This final decision-making ability was built into the contract that Sugarland agreed to for this concert venue (Thompson, 2017). The groups manager was briefed by concert officials about the incoming storm, and yet still refused to even delay the show (Crandall, Parnell, & Spillan, 2014). Although I can see a variety of scenarios that it would be appropriate for the music group to make this decision, I do not feel in this circumstance that it was in fact, appropriate.…
