Personnel Cost:
Grants will be needed after the agency; The Morris’ Transitional House has been established.

There will be one Social Worker working with an annual salary of $25,500. That Social Worker will readily available to provide services for the clients. The Social Worker will also be the driver of the van to be able to carry the clients to the rehabilitation centre, the mall and to grocery shopping.

A Registered Nurse (RN) and a Registered Nurse Assistants (RNA) will also be hired. The RN’s salary would be $45,000 a year: The RN will constantly be checking up on the client’s health.
The RNA’s annual salary will be $18,400: The RNA will be assisting the RN in caring for the clients.

Extra cooks and caregivers will be needed. We’ll establish a contract with other non-profit agencies such as VHA (Home Health Care) to assist by sending us extra helpers. These helpers will cook and also care for the clients.

This will help the clients to develop their social skills. There will be no extra expense for the visitors.

Throughout the agency we’ll have an Intern Program, where at least two Social Work students will learn, provide the same kind of services, and assist the Social
