The researchers would like to investigate the possible relationship of age and intrinsic motivation on the probability of career change in Bayan Telecommunications Sale and Marketing Unit. This study explores how age and intrinsic motivation can be the reason to the performance of the employee. The conduction of this research is likely to benefit employees of Bayan Telecommunications. On the other hand, this paper helps the Bayan Telecommunications’ employees to obtain a clearer understanding on the impact of intrinsic motivation on their performance.
