For example, the baseline age that allowed to working are set at at age 55. Due to, the statistic in the past such as the health, average age, etc. however, at currently there is the high medical technology, and the population have a good health that cause of the end of life is over age 80. The old age have been the high performance to do work. Therefore, the persons can work until 65 or over that should be considered by the ability of each persons.
Finally, the career is the factor to consider the age of employee to leave, in addition to, the proportion of age and the ability of persons. For instance, the career that must using the energy for work should be retired at age 55. In contrast, in many careers should be allowed to keep working such as teacher, consultant , etc.
