Being that animal testing is such a controversial topic, it is an even bigger topic in the religious field. The Hindu religion is one of the few religions against animal testing. Their doctrine of ahimsa was made to teach the principle of bringing no harm to living beings. Along with the Hindu religion, the Buddhist religion is against animal testing.
