Today, most people have very busy schedule for many tasks in their life, such as children, working and school. After hot yoga observation, I think a regular exercise is necessary as a part of our life to promote wellness. Yoga can consider as a therapy to support us in healing chronic pain, increasing flexibility and range of motion, focusing and calming the mind and uplifting the spirit. Yoga breathing techniques are used to circulate oxygen throughout the body, allowing for a deeper stretch. Combinations of stretch and breath techniques guide us from mental to physical relaxation.
