After Care Love (ACL) is a well-known 501(c) (3) charitable organization. ACL was created as an after school services program that is specifically for children ages 3-12 years old that are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) I have assessed the organization and developed a criteria to be used in efforts to find individuals for a Senior Leadership team. I believe that there should be a mixture of professions to take this organization to the next level. It is expected that they meet on a consistent basis and be able to approve annual budgets to help ACL meet its financial goals for the year. Members of this team must be culturally competent and be able to come up with various programs to help address
