Rarely do studies of slavery mention the valuable skills and tangible creations the of several African Americans who brought many creations into the New World according to http://nationalhumanitiescenter.org/tserve/freedom/1609-1865/essays/africa.htm. These Africans gave this world new ways of storytelling, dance, music, but that’s far from all the things they gave our World. They brought to toil (work hard), and they were mainly cultivators.
